To ensure every parent and student receives the highest quality support, please review our booking guidelines below: 1. Booking Requirements - All Free Strategy Calls must be scheduled through our online booking calendar. - You will receive an instant confirmation email with the date, time, and call link. - Parents/guardians must be present during the call. 2. Rescheduling - You may reschedule your appointment up to 5 hours before the scheduled time. - Rescheduling can be done directly through the confirmation email or by contacting our team. 3. No-Shows - If you miss your appointment without notice, you will need to rebook using the online system. 4. Late Attendance - We allow a grace period of 5 minutes. - If you arrive later than 5 minutes, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. 5. Purpose of the Strategy Call During your free strategy call, we will: - Explore your child’s learning needs and current challenges - Discuss personalised learning pathways - Review any evidence-based interventions that may support your child - Assist with planning around term transitions (if applicable) 7. What Parents Need to Prepare - Any relevant school reports, feedback, or concerns - Questions you’d like to discuss during the session 8.
