TERMS & CONDITIONS

SECTION 01: IF YOU ARE PAYING WEEKLY FOR INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

 

1.1 Enrolment and Payment:

  • You will be invoiced monthly at the start of each month.

  • All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Unless

  • otherwise specified, payment is due on the 15th of each month.

  • All session fees are non-refundable.

1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

More than 24 hours before session:

  • You may reschedule within 10 days.

  • If you cannot reschedule, carry-forward credits may apply.

  • No refunds apply.

Less than 24 hours before session or no attendance:

  • No reschedules, credits, or refunds will be provided.

 

SECTION 02: IF YOU ARE PAYING WEEKLY FOR GROUP LESSONS

 

2.1 Enrolment and Payment:

  • You will be invoiced monthly at the start of each month.

  • All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due on the 15th of each month.

  • All session fees are non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellations and Attendance:

  • More than 24 hours before session:

  • You may request for the session to be credited forward.

  • No refunds or reschedules apply.

  • Less than 24 hours before session or no attendance:

  • No credit or refund is available.

  • However, you may access session materials and recordings via the LMS.

SECTION 03: IF YOU ARE PAYING IN ADVANCE FOR A PROGRAM (TERM/PHASE BASED)

 

3.1 Enrolment and Payment

  • Full program fees must be paid at least 5 business days before the first session.

  • All session fees are non-refundable.

  • Lessons are pre-scheduled and fixed for the program duration.

3.2 Cancellations and Attendance

  • Once the program has started, no cancellations, reschedules, or changes are allowed.

  • If a session is missed, the student may access the learning materials and the recording (available for 7 days).

  • No credits, reschedules, or refunds are available for missed program sessions.

SECTION 04: GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL STUDENTS)

 

4.1 Learning Management System Access

  • Access to Canvas, study materials, and recordings is only granted after enrolment and acknowledgment of these Terms & Conditions.

 

4.2 Materials and Recordings

  • All materials and recordings are for the enrolled student only.

  • Materials must not be shared, duplicated, or distributed.

  • Legal action may be taken for any unauthorized use of materials.

  • Recordings are available for 7 days after each session and are not provided for missed program-based lessons. Jordan and Brooke are not responsible for any knowledge missed due to absence.

 

4.3 Technical Issues

  • Jordan and Brooke ensures best practices in online delivery, but technical issues may occur.

  • Rescheduling or credit will only apply if the issue originates from Jordan and Brooke's system (e.g., platform failure).

  • Forgotten passwords or personal tech issues do not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

  • Parents/students must notify Jordan and Brooke via WhatsApp within 10 minutes of an issue.

  • A test call will be arranged, and if the issue is resolved, the session will be rescheduled within 10 days.

  • If the tutor cancels within 24 hours of the lesson you are entitled for a reschedule or refund or credit transfer.

4.4 Tutor Cancellations:

  • If the tutor cancels a lesson, you are entitled to a reschedule, refund, or credit transfer.

 

4.5 Public Holidays

  • Lessons will run on public holidays unless explicitly stated otherwise by Jordan and Brooke.

 

4.6 Discontinuation of Services

  • A 24 hour notice is required for service cancellation or discontinuation.

  • Charges will apply until the cancellation process is complete and all balances are paid.

 

4.7 Payment Penalties

Payments must be made by the due date on the invoice. Penalties apply as follows:

  • After 30 days overdue: 10% penalty added.

  • 31–60 days overdue: Additional 12% penalty.

  • More than 60 days overdue: Additional 20% penalty. Services may be suspended and the account referred to debt collection following a formal letter of demand.
